Many want to put their mental health first, but so many questions arise when seeking a therapist: will she be kind or harsh? Will I be seen and heard? Will I find the office comfortable and safe?
In my practice, I hold a safe and comfortable space for you where you might explore your thoughts and feelings with a new sense of security and connection. I strive to offer not only my credentials and expertise, but also a strong personal therapeutic connection built on trust and empathy. I offer experience built on years of rigorous training in psychotherapy, but I also hold space for your own personal self-knowledge. I am not the expert of your experiences. Through our work together, the aim is help you to understand yourself more fully, to live with the realities that cannot be changed, and to change the changeable to reach your goals and ultimately, to thrive.
